About
Expressive Arts coaching to help you show up more authentically in life
specialization
The Expressive Arts provide a powerful way to see yourself and your situation from a new perspective. During this coaching intensive, you will have the opportunity to explore who you truly are and what gets in the way of you expressing yourself fully and completely. You will use visual art, movement, journaling, and meditation to identify behaviors and beliefs that no longer serve you so you can let go of them and make the kind of impact you’re meant to in the world. Your experience will include 1:1 time with your coach via Zoom, time to create and explore on your own, and time to process each experience with your coach.
As part of this experience, you’ll be creating a powerful mask to symbolize your authentic self. You can use your mask as a touchstone while you strengthen your ability to show up more authentically in all areas of your life.
Don’t consider yourself artistic?
No worries! As long as you can wield a pair scissors, squeeze a glue bottle, and hold a paint brush, you’re “qualified” and you can experience powerful transformation with this type of coaching. It’s a very active process that engages you on many levels, and that often makes it possible to make progress more quickly.
What kind of supplies will I need?
An unlined journal, a variety of drawing and writing supplies like pens, crayons, and markers
A papier mâché mask (available at Hobby Lobby or other craft stores and online)
Scissors, and glue
Modeling clay or play doh
Acrylic paint and brushes OR tissue paper and glue
Optional: Sewing notions and found objects, ie: fabric trim, old jewelry, etc.
Time Commitment
After your initial free 30-minute Discovery Call, for this coaching intensive, you will block off 6 hours over the course of two consecutive days, 3 hours each day, to complete the process. Then 1-2 weeks later, you will take part in a 60-minute follow-up session to help you continue to apply what you’ve learned into your life and continue moving forward.
Testimonial
“Tamara is a true Edgewalker and magic worker to those on the spiritual journey. I have worked with Tamara several times and she is professional, creative, and powerful. She integrates the practical and mystical sides of transformation and her programs are guided by beauty and nature. I highly recommend her amazing retreat center, her nature-based programs, and her coaching.”
