When we are feeling the stress of the workplace, it makes it hard for us to think clearly, plan, and set goals for future career development. We end up in survival mode. This is where I come in, your personalized thinking partner. In this session, we will outline immediate challenges, min action plan to put in place to get you towards clarity. Those with ADHD benefit greatly from thinking out loud and also it becomes more beneficial when you do that thinking with a professionally trained guide to navigate through your thoughts.
