With years of training, experience, and a dash of intuition, I’m able to ask the right questions and read your body’s signals to identify the yoga therapy tools you need most. In just one session I can help you create a custom 6-week wellness recipe to help you heal from what’s hurting you and experience more joy in life again.
Together in a 1:1 session, I help you go deeper into your experiences, challenges and hopes so that we can get to the root of what’s holding you back and finally get you out of your own way. I’m here to simplify your wellness, but it’s up to you to show up and follow the plan. Miracles can happen when you decide that you are worth the work.

So, you want to know what happens after you hit the button to book your session. Here it is, step-by-step:
Once you paid for your session package, you will get an email to schedule an appointment with me and complete an intake form so I can get to know you better and create a perfect session for you.
After you CONFIRM your appointment, you’ll get a ZOOM link for an online meeting.
You will receive a confirmation email. Add it to your calendar and set a reminder.
Show up to our session on time, and if possible, be in a quiet place wearing comfortable clothes.
The session will be focused on serving you as best as possible.
I will ask you questions and offer techniques for you to try, and you’ll give me feedback on how they work for you.
Every session and person is unique. But here’s an EXAMPLE of what a session might cover: going through the intake form, breath awareness, body scan, gentle stretching, mindfulness exercises, time for feedback and adapting exercises to your needs.
Together, we’ll create a plan for you to follow on your own.
I’ll send you videos or photos to support you for your home practice.
