The reason I call this session Energetic Superpowers & Heroic Actions is that we're born with incredible powers and gifts, but we don't always express them fully.

Many of us are stopped by our Internal Contradictions and Blocks or our Confusion or Wrong Assumptions, and as such we never take action to express our Superpowers as Heroic Actions. This session is all about finding your Internal Contradictions, Blocks, Confusion or Wrong Assumptions and turning your actions into Heroic Actions.

Please Note You could also book this session if you have a specific problem which you need to see in a new light, such as an aspect of your past or current situation. Most people choose this session if they are procrastinating, overthinking, feeling low, stuck, or have a repeating pattern or problem that keeps coming back.

I'm delighted to work this way, as sometimes a single session is all that's required if someone is stuck or struggling. Creating shifts for people in a single session is also when I get the "This is magic" remark, which is always good to hear.
