We take a look at the physiology of stress and you learn tools to find and deepen relaxation in your life. You will walk away with tools that you can use in daily life and a tool set that will allow you to shift your autonomic nervous system from stress into relaxation. You can reset your nervous system and work toward greater resilience over time.
This session package is divided into two sessions. The first session is 90 minutes long, the second session follows 2 -3 weeks later.
Finding Relaxation means letting go of Stress. In this session package we identify some of the stress triggers in your life and discuss ways to let them go.
