Yes . . . and no. Pausing to savor the present instead of fussing about the future or regretting the past is exactly what will move your “presence” along in a peaceful harmony of body and soul. If you are a professional regretter or worrier, we can get together to release both the past (through forgiveness work) and the future (through anxiety diffusion work), allowing you the ability to pause, savor, and experience peace in each moment of the present.
We can schedule our conversations at whatever interval works best for you to practice pausing and to also keep moving forward to your soul's next destination. My conversations are very open-ended but not without some structural grooves.
I do recommend a two-week interval between our chats to allow unpressured time for you to process the shifts you are experiencing, and I find that 4 to 5 sessions (about two months' worth) is ideal for integrating inner and outer changes. We can customize our sessions to fit your needs and budget.
