This is a ten-session package. It can be paced to match your needs for integration. Some clients will wish to move through their sessions more rapidly, over the course of two or three months. Others may desire a slower pace and we will tailor the schedule of sessions accordingly. All longer-term engagements include email access to Jacob between sessions for support and reflection as needed.
