Aside from being led by spirit, I hold a Master’s Degree in Psychology and Marriage and Family Therapy. I am currently pursuing a doctorate in Psychology & Spirituality. I'm a Black Belt in Karate, and I facilitate workshops and circles incorporating spiritual insight, intuitive teachings, somatic embodiment, and psychology for groups and individuals. I'm fulfilling one of my soul contracts by sharing how to live the life you not only desire, but truly deserve.
