Lesson 2: Taming Your Reactivity
How often do you automatically react by fighting, fleeing, freezing, or appeasing? In this lesson, you'll learn how to maintain your composure in emotionally threatening situations and consciously choose a more measured response.
Lesson 3: Stress No More
If you tend to hold tension in your body (for example, in your jaw, neck, shoulders, hips, belly, etc.), this lesson is for you. In it, you'll learn why you tense up and how to release yourself from the compulsion to do so.
Lesson 4: Overcoming Procrastination
For many years, procrastination was thought to be a character defect - the result of laziness or a lack of will power. In this lesson, you'll learn the real reason that you procrastinate and how to overcome it.
Lesson 5: Fine-tuning Your Intuition
Your intuition can be a powerful guide in your life - if you know how to use it. In this lesson, you’ll learn how to steadily improve your intuition, so that you can flow through your life with more ease and less regret.
