In a career that spanned more than 30 years, I worked with hundreds of leaders, change makers and companies around the world to radically increase performance by creating an environment of focus, innovation, inspiration, and harmony.

I founded Jenrada LLC in 2019 to place my attention directly on helping people overcome their barriers to living much more fulfilling lives. I do this by guiding them to focus on what matters most to them, think clearly through the challenges they face, and communicate effectively to gain the win-win-win collaboration we all desire.

My approach is the result of my life's experience and the teachings of my mentor, Dr. Eli Goldratt (1947-2011, author of The Goal and inventor of Theory of Constraints).
