Facebook App Removal
The Guidely platform utilizes a Facebook login app, but it does not save your personal data. As per Facebook’s policy, we must provide User Data Deletion Callback URL or Data Deletion Instructions URL. You can remove your information by following these steps:
1. Go to your Facebook Account’s Setting & Privacy. Click “Settings”
2. Look for “Apps and Websites” and Search and Click “Guidely Login”
3. Scroll and click “Remove”.
Protecting Personal Information
In order to protect your personal information, we maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards, which we review regularly in keeping with technological advances. We restrict access to your personal information. Unfortunately, no security system is 100% secure, thus we cannot ensure the security of all personal information you provide to us via our interactions.
Children’s Personal Information
Our services are not intended for use by children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 years. Please contact us if you believe we may have unknowingly collected information from a child under 13 years of age, and we will take steps to delete any such personal information.

Use of personal details (purpose of register)
Personal details are collected to make communication and use of service possible. Details can be used for communication between service providers and users and also for direct communication between users. Some personal details are visible on the profile page of the user, but those details are voluntary (except name).
The handling of personal details is not outsourced, but the register data is stored on a server that is rented from a third party company.
Information content of the register
The following information may be stored in the register:
- Personal details: Name, email address, phone number, street address
- Account details: username, password (stored in encrypted format)
- The description text that the user may write about him/herself
- The offers and requests the user has posted to the service
- The given and received feedback and badges
