My calling is to empower women to align with their greatest potential. For 20 years I have worked with energy awareness which has given me the ability to connect with the angels and divine presence. I intuitively use a combination of heart energy awareness; body scan; breath; energy activation; guided imagery and mentoring. I have worked as a practitioner and teacher in many settings -- hospitals; wellness centers; cancer clinics; community stress management programs, with individual clients, and in a community-based program I founded, Partners in Cancer Wellness. While I have many certifications and tons of course work, my offering is a culmination of life experiences and my personal journey of healing, alignment and spiritual evolution. My own transformation from depression and anxiety to inner peace and love has given me many insights and tools that I'm excited to share with all women who are seeking personal empowerment and spiritual growth.
