I am passionate about developing people and organizations to achieve personal and professional goals. Since I first started my coaching certification, I knew that it was a powerful tool; however I didn't fully understand the power of the coaching partnership until December 2018. It was in this month that my professional world took a dramatic turn. Everything I had known was gone. Everything that I thought was possible was gone. My world as I knew it was gone and I was lost. Through a friend I connected with a coach and turned what was the most challenging year into one of the best years of my life, personally and professionally. My coach provided me the space that I needed to discover what I truly needed. She helped me evolve and grow through the obstacles. This is the power of coaching. This is what I center my practice around.

As a seasoned credentialed coach and facilitator, my focus is on life transformation, career, leadership, communication, purpose, self-discovery and wellness coaching.

Denise achieved the Associate Certified Coach credential from the International Coaching Federation in 2010.
