I am Alison, an eternally curious soul who views life with awe and wonder. Like you, I’m here to dance with the whole spectrum of this human experience - from the magical to the challenging, the painful to the joy-filled. When invited, I can guide you along your journey, and empower you to live the unique life you were designed to experience.

I am formally trained in Ontological Coaching and hold a degree in Occupational Therapy. I am a lifetime student and continue my education and training into the most advanced areas of growth and healing. Some of the topics I have studied include Holistic Health, Poly Vagal Theory, Gene Keys, Human Design, Depth Psychology, Somatics, Internal Family Systems.

I am fascinated by the experience of being both Holy and human and the wisdom that arises from that intersection.
